CNC MACHINING
Reliance Screw has a variety of machinery capable of producing the highest-precision components in quantities ranging from low to high volume runs. Many of our machines are state of-of-the-art and minimize loading time, maximizing output.
SCREW MACHINING of complicated components in a wide variety of materials including Stainless Steels, Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Special Alloys, Aluminum and Copper. We are capable of multi-axis tooling and a capacity of 1/16” to 6" diameter. Our tight tolerances allow us to produce quality components in low to high volume production quantities.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS
for parts that cannot be completely screw machined with one operation, Reliance Screw offers a variety of secondary machining operations. Our production engineers have years of experience and can suggest the proper secondary process to achieve your desired fit or finish. Some of Reliance Screws Secondary Operations include:
Broaching, Chamfering, Slotting, Cross Drilling/Tapping, Milling, and Threading Knurling.
